About the Company

We are currently seeking a talented full-time Data Analyst for Life Science, Industrial Manufacturing and Technology projects to create new reporting and analytics solutions. The role is responsible for all aspects of the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, build, test and transition to support data and analytics service solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI, with a focus on performance and long-term supportability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and ensure data integrity through analysis, master data management, and quality assurance.

Work closely with data architecture and IT service teams to align technology platforms, scope data model changes, and support seamless transitions into operations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, driving innovation in reporting and digital solutions.

Contribute to the net zero carbon transition by identifying and managing emissions reduction opportunities throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.

Full project lifecycle experience within large-scale programs and cross-functional delivery teams committed to quality.

Familiarity with IT service management practices (ITIL), enterprise software platforms (HCM, ERP), and Oracle Unifier.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and modern data tools (ML/AI, Python, Spark, T-SQL); relevant certifications and construction industry background are advantageous.
