Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brunswick, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in managing inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is recorded and maintained properly.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed to support client needs.

• Process and track orders, ensuring all entries are completed correctly and promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update documents and reports.

• Correspond with customers via email, providing timely and clear responses.

• Collaborate with team members to cross-train and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in a business casual environment.

• Adapt to a dynamic office setting with an open floor plan and cubicles.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on precision and clarity.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Ability to work fully onsite in Brunswick, Ohio, adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule.
