Description:

Greet and check in all patients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach

Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate team, and document messages precisely

Verify insurance details and collect all required forms and identification from patients

Schedule and reconfirm appointments for equipment pick-ups, fittings, or patient consultations

Manage incoming referrals and coordinate communications with insurance companies and providers

Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and internal office policies

Handle clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and organizing patient documents
