Salary $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Relocation Assistance

Stable manufacturer looking for Continuous Improvement, OpsExc Engineer to grow with company. This position will get a lot of attention from headquarters.

Areas of focus for you as Continuous Improvement Engineer:

• Serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Identify and prioritize projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of future opportunities.

• Coach and train teams in Lean methodologies to enhance operational excellence.

• Conduct CI studies, performing in-depth data and process analyses to uncover improvement areas.

• Provide analytical support to assigned departments.

• Lead and manage multiple Lean projects successfully.

• Collaborate across departments to establish and share best practices.

• Deliver impactful projects that yield operational and financial benefits.

Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing.

• Six Sigma certification is mandatory.

• Proven experience with Kaizen processes.

• Solid background in the manufacturing industry is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship no or anytime in the future. Position requires citizenship, green card or permanent resident status.
