$70,000 – $75,000 Permanent Opportunity

Multiple Shifts

Lockbourne, Ohio

What you’ll be doing:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

Managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, and improving efficiency

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff including shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory management

Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to maintain a high-performance team

Schedule and assign tasks to staff based on workload, priorities, and skills

Who we’re looking for:

Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof

Two to three years supervisory experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control

Thoroughness; strong attention to detail
