Prerequisites for Success:

Completion of high school, GED, or trade school, ideally paired with an associate degree in manufacturing technologies.

Adept understanding of CNC operations and metallurgy.

Acumen in troubleshooting machining errors like tool degradation or finishing issues.

Familiarity with computerized systems management and sharp measurement skills.

Competency in computer-based data entry and archiving production documents.

Mechanical insight coupled with robust mathematical abilities.

Molto in reading blueprints, training peers, and drafting production records.

Your Role Overview:

Interpret part blueprints and machine guidelines to draft operation layouts aligning with standardized methods for precise component machining.

Strategize coded sequences for tooling tasks, integrating ideal speeds and workpiece orientations.

Ensure program success by monitoring setups and maintaining top-notch workpiece quality.

Operate CNC machinery to test and certify programs as needed.

Optimize programs by rectifying inaccuracies, enhancing operations, and aligning with new tools to reduce costs.

Collaborate with Tool Design and Manufacturing for innovative tooling concepts and adjustments.
