Intern - Junior Salesforce

Salesforce Configuration :

Assist in the ongoing use, and implementation of Salesforce.com.

Support the customisation of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Ensure first level daily assistance to UBP Salesforce users Project Support:

Provide assistance on questions / requests related to Salesforce.

Offer technical support and guidance under supervision to ensure successful project execution.

Learn to analyse business requirements and contribute to effective Salesforce solutions.

Documentation and testing:

Assist in writing documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.

Support the development and execution of testing plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.

Help maintain records of changes and updates to Salesforce systems.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce under guidance.
