Job Description

Position: CNC Milling Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Kenosha WI

Company: Leading Lighting Manufacturer

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22+/hr (Based on Experience)

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our team at a well-established lighting manufacturing company. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for individuals with a strong background in working with metal components and precision machining.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Accurately measure components using calipers and other precision tools

Perform quality checks and maintain tolerances according to specifications

Monitor machine operation and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:

Previous CNC milling experience (preferably in a metal manufacturing environment)

Proficient in reading measurements and using calipers

Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and good communication skills
