Envision Physician Services has openings for full-time Emergency Physicians with our established physician-led team in Phoenix, AZ. Banner Goldfield is a great place for community medicine with patients who appreciate all you do!

*Candidates must be EM residency trained or BC/BE ABEM/AOBEM*

Position Profile:

19 ED beds, 10 inpatient beds (med/surg and PCU)

20,000 annual volume

Winter daily averages 65pts/day (Peak January – March)

Summer averages 45pts/day (Slower June – August)

Single physician provider coverage

Advanced Practice Provider Coverage 11am – 8pm

Shift times change to accommodate winter volumes

Flexing (Late arrival/Early release)

No ICU beds

CT and Xray reads by radiology – No MRI

US on call at night

W2 status with comprehensive benefit package
