What You’ll Do:

Month-end close and prepare board-ready reports that drive decision-making.

Oversee AP, AR, and GL functions—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity.

Manage internal audits and collaborate with external auditors.

Support budget planning and annual forecasts across all departments.

Maintain and reconcile asset and liability accounts—dig deep, not just check boxes.

Handle credit card oversight, survey submissions, tax filings, and regulatory requests.

Guide a team of three general accountants with confidence and accountability.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required); CPA preferred.

5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate without disconnecting.

Knowledge of GAAP, internal audit principles, and cash management.
