Job Description: OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking a part time Biometric Screener to work on an as needed basis with our AccelWELL team. We are looking for an experienced, high-energy individual who is client and employee focused and enjoys working in a team environment. You will support our clients onsite at their locations in the greater Columbus area, as well as other parts of the state. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness. Qualifications and Requirements
\tREQUIRED: One year of experience performing biometric screenings in a healthcare or community setting.
\tProficient in performing fingerstick blood collection, taking blood pressures and other related health screening tasks.
\tBasic Tablet and computer skills.
\tAbility to accurately capture participant information and screening results.
\tKnowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
\tAbility to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
\tSelf-motivated; ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
\tCommitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining participant privacy at all times.
\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use those skills to relay essential information in an effective and understandable way.
\tReliable transportation.
Compensation
This position pays 25.00 per hour, as well as an opportunity for growth for driven individuals.
