This is a leadership role responsible for managing two key departments at Augusta Rental Homes:

The Leasing Team (currently 3 team members): Focused on leasing ~10 homes and 20 apartment units per month.

The Resident Services Team (currently 5 team members): Serving as the frontline for all resident communications—answering phones, responding to questions, and ensuring a smooth resident experience.

As the department manager, you’ll report directly to the President of the company and be part of the company’s weekly leadership meetings.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $105,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Lead and support the daily operations of both the Leasing and Resident Services teams.

Meet weekly with both teams to review performance, discuss current issues, and conduct training on updated procedures.

Track team performance, including call volume and lead conversion, to ensure high-quality customer service and follow-through.

Identify inefficiencies and breakdowns in communication, systems, or procedures, and solve them.

Motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.

Improve internal processes and communication flows between departments.

Be a point of escalation and problem-solving for team members as they handle day-to-day challenges.

Understand the full scope of the property management business—and how leasing and service directly impact the company’s goals.Qualifications:

Experience & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in property management, customer service, leasing, or operations management.

Prior leadership or team management experience required.

Strong understanding of leasing workflows and resident communication strategies.

Experience leading meetings, delivering training, and managing KPIs.
