Data Analyst

Position Summary

As a Data Analyst at Sold By Kal, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data across sales, customer service, marketing, and operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify trends, optimize performance, and support decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and clean data from multiple sources, including eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools.

Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key business metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer behavior, etc.).

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer service efficiency, sales performance, and marketing ROI.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data needs and special projects.

Monitor KPIs and create ad hoc analyses as needed.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
