QC Manager

A well-established lighting manufacturing company based in Riyadh is looking for an experienced QC Manager to oversee quality control operations for our full range of indoor and outdoor lighting products.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the QC team in monitoring and improving quality across production lines for lighting products (fixtures, luminaires, LED solutions, etc.). - Conduct inspections and testing according to industry standards (UL, SASO, IEC). - Develop and update QC procedures and documentation.

- Analyze root causes for defects and drive corrective actions.

- Ensure products comply with international and local standards relevant to lighting.

- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of experience in QC/QA within lighting, electrical, or related manufacturing industries (preferably lighting). - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and lighting product standards.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
