8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a leaning towards frontend/UI development

3+ years of experience in React JavaScript frameworks

Strong experience designing, implementing, and testing RESTful web services

Experience with microfrontend architecture and modular UI development

Backend development skills in Go, Python, C#, or JavaScript

Familiarity with API security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and error handling

Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and isolated development environments

Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and performance optimization

Solid experience with top-tier cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Principal Full Stack Software Engineer role emphasizes 3–5 years of React experience and an 80% front-end focus, the real priority is finding someone with deep architectural expertise in React who can plan, decompose, and lead full-stack system design—not just build UIs. The team has a significant gap in front-end technical leadership and needs a candidate who understands REST API design, backend integration, containerization, and performance optimization well enough to guide and mentor an 8-person team with minimal oversight, since current Principals are stretched thin. Strong familiarity with backend technologies (Go, .NET, Node) and modern cloud infrastructure is essential, but the standout candidates will be those who can fill the React architectural blind spot, drive cohesive full-stack solutions, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
