We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a vital part of our healthcare services, you will be responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and confidence throughout the collection process.

You will work independently or at various locations including patient service centers, physician offices, or mobile sites, depending on business needs. The role demands adherence to safety protocols, proper labeling and documentation, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

Certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

Excellent venipuncture skills, including pediatric and geriatric

Strong customer service and data entry skills

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel
