Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Beverage Innovation & Supply Coordinator to join our headquarters team. This hands-on, in-person role is essential to the successful rollout of all new beverages systemwide. You will be responsible for developing new drinks in coordination with the COO, procuring all necessary ingredients at wholesale scale, and ensuring franchise units are stocked and launch-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Development

Formulate, test, and document new hot and cold beverages—including coffee, non-coffee, dairy-alternative, and seasonal recipes

Conduct internal tastings and collect feedback to refine recipes

Maintain a beverage development log, ingredient sourcing list, and training documentation for every new product

Ingredient Procurement

Source and secure wholesale vendors for all ingredients needed for new drinks

Negotiate pricing, ensure halal and quality certifications, and maintain up-to-date vendor records

Monitor inventory levels and reorder cycles to ensure uninterrupted availability

Franchise Supply Chain Coordination

Organize the systemwide distribution of new drink ingredients and supplies ahead of launch dates

Work closely with the Haraz Distribution team and franchisees to confirm timely delivery

Maintain master list of each store’s compliance and stock status for launches

Cross-Departmental Communication

Coordinate with the Franchise Training, Ops, and Marketing teams to ensure unified rollouts

Provide franchisees with ingredient specs, storage guidelines, and cost projections

Work closely with the COO to align new drinks with brand strategy, customer feedback, and operational capabilities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in food & beverage product development, supply chain coordination, or purchasing

Strong understanding of beverage formulation and recipe documentation

Proven experience sourcing ingredients and negotiating vendor terms

Highly organized and capable of tracking large quantities of SKUs across multiple locations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passion for premium coffee, tea, and modern beverage trends

Must be able to work in person full-time at Haraz HQ

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in franchise operations or beverage CPG

Familiarity with halal-certified sourcing and Middle Eastern ingredients

Experience coordinating product launches across multi-unit systems
