Property Manager - Class A Multifamily Property - Base Salary to 32.00/hour - Columbus, OH

Our client is a Class A Multifamily property located close to the Downtown Columbus area. The property has over 200 units with a pool as well. This does not have any LIHTC or student housing, all market rate.

They are in the market for a Property Manager that will lead the team existing of leasing and maintenance teams. The organization is looking for a self-starter that has an eye for detail and continue to expand occupancy on the property.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Mentor, train and inspire team members

Oversee facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records through data entry, including tenant files, maintenance requests, and financial reports.

Implement conflict management strategies to resolve tenant disputes effectively.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws in all property dealings.

Qualifications:

3+ years managing a conventional/market rate multifamily apartment community

Ability to manage delinquencies and maintain exceed occupancy goals

Financial experience managing budgets etc.

Compensation:

Base salary in the 28.00 - 32.00/hour range
