Track medical equipment orders, coordinate deliveries, and assist with inventory tracking
Receive and process payments from patients, ensuring proper documentation and receipts
Provide administrative support to the billing team, including insurance follow-ups and data entry
Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked front desk area at all times
