Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary documentation
Schedule and confirm patient appointments for equipment pick-ups or fittings
Manage incoming referrals and coordinate with insurance companies and physicians
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company policy
Handle faxing, scanning, and filing of documents accurately
Track orders, deliveries, and inventory coordination for DME products
Process patient payments and provide receipts/documentation as needed
Support billing team with data entry or insurance follow-up tasks
Keep front office area clean, stocked, and organized
