Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Executive and Administrative Assistants and will work closely with the Assistants in the New York Office.
Administrative Assistants work closely together to support the initiatives of the Firm, including, but not limited to:
· Managing correspondence between colleagues, vendors, and clients.
· Answering and direct calls.
· Scheduling appointments.
· Preparing documents.
· Maintaining spreadsheets.
· Preparing invoices and reviewing backup.
· Submitting expense reports and reconciling backup.
· Supporting timekeeping entries for attorneys.
· Organizing meetings, including managing food orders and coordinating IT support, as needed.
· Supporting event planning and small group dinner coordination.

Preferred, but not required:
· Experience working in billing systems.
This is currently a hybrid position with an expectation of a minimum of 3 days a week in office, with the needs of the Firm informing overall office attendance expectations.
