The Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics (AEDE) at [Insert University Name] invites applications for a Semester Lecturer to teach the following undergraduate courses during the 2025–2026 academic year:
Courses:
AEDE 3170 – Agricultural Law (Fall 2025)
A study of the legal system and selected areas of law that affect agricultural businesses, including civil liabilities, property law, business law, and regulatory law.
AEDE 3103 – Principles of Agribusiness Finance (Spring 2026)
Covers financial management of agribusinesses, including the financial system, time value of money, security valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure, portfolio analysis, financial institutions, and futures and options contracts.

Prior teaching experience in higher education
Familiarity with interdisciplinary and applied approaches to teaching
Experience with inclusive teaching practices and managing diverse classrooms
