Position Overview:
As an experienced Accounting Team Lead, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and drive continuous improvements in accounting processes.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM PHT, Full time In-Office
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities of an Offshore Accounting Team Lead:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and support a team of accountants to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality output.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Financial Reporting Oversight
Review accurate, timely financial statements and reports for multiple clients.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements during month-end and year-end closes.
General Ledger & Account Reconciliation
Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledgers and financial accounts.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy across all client entities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Develop and implement best practices to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure all accounting activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting queries and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors as needed
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Minimum 5-6 years of accounting experience
At least 3-4 years handling multiple entities
Proven experience with QuickBooks
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s is a plus)
Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial standards
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 45,000 - 50,000
New hire bonus of 10,000php
Risk Allowance of 2,000php
