Copywriting Consultant Highlights

The pay for this position is $42.50 per hour.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift Hours: 8.00)

This position is a full-time contract opportunity

Responsibilities

Write, review, and edit product titles, marketing, and technical copy that aligns with brand standards and digital content goals.

Support product attribute enrichment and asset management for eCommerce operations.

Manage asset review and approvals for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with content guidelines and product data.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and clinicians to produce clear and engaging content.

Coordinate and support retouching of product assets and ensure timely publishing.

Communicate clearly and creatively in customer-facing content.

Manage concurrent deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Receive and apply cross-functional feedback to copy and content processes.

Identify data discrepancies and escalate for resolution.

Support additional digital marketing and content projects as needed.

Requirements

3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in eCommerce.

Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical content a strong plus.

Familiarity with agile planning processes and product information management (PIM) systems a plus.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
