Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Sales & Experience Clouds, with strong integration experience and a solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications

Develop custom Lightning Components, Apex classes/triggers, Visualforce pages, and API integrations

Work across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to deliver end-to-end solutions

Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage sObjects effectively

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and handle data in JSON format

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals

Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and maintain code quality through reviews and testing

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce (VF), SOQL, SOSL, and sObjects

Experience working with Java, APIs, and JSON-based integrations

Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data model

Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives

Nice to Have:

Experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industry Cloud), including OmniScript, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures

Familiarity with CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM)

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer) are a plus
