Fiberglass Technician

Job Description

Fiberglassing Technician Job Responsibilities include the following but is not limited to:

Identifying cracks and cosmetic flaws.

Prep fiberglass, resins, and damaged areas for repair.

Shape and smooth edges to match contour perfectly.

Mix gel coat catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces.

Buff and polish repaired areas.

We are currently seeking employees with the following qualifications:

Ability to operate small to large equipment.

Knowledge of marine products, resins, and associated hardware preferred.

Mechanical background preferred.

Good communication skills.

Teamwork, Integrity, and Passion as we are continuously moving forward, innovating, and improving in the trade.

Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Detail oriented and organizational skills are essential.

Ability to work 40-hour work weeks.
