We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional experience—entirely from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and courteous manner

Troubleshoot product or service issues and offer effective solutions

Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Provide feedback to improve products, services, or processes

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and multitask in a remote environment
