Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanic Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring efficient mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance in line with our high standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong expertise in preventive maintenance (Mandatory skill) to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.

Proficient in mechanical repair (Mandatory skill) to address and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.

Proven team leadership abilities (Mandatory skill) to guide and motivate technical personnel effectively.

Solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix mechanical problems encountered in daily operations.

Experience with work order management for effective tracking and completion of maintenance tasks.

Competence in vendor management for procuring quality materials and maintaining vendor relations.

Strong communication skills to report and document maintenance activities and outcomes clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating individual initiative.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.

Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on mechanical systems and components.
