Are you a high-energy, people-loving team leader ready to make magic happen for families every day? LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Columbus is on the lookout for a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help deliver unforgettable moments of joy to kids and LEGO® fans of all ages!

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in bringing smiles to our guests’ faces and supporting our frontline team in creating the ultimate LEGO adventure. Your main mission: lead, inspire, and keep the FUN going every shift!

Lead the guest experience team during shifts – be the Supervisor on Duty! Jump in and assist with host positions as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!) Empower team members to deliver WOW-worthy customer service Manage guest flow and queues with safety, efficiency, and a splash of LEGO magic Respond to guest concerns and help turn tricky moments into positive ones Support training and coach new team members to become Guest Experience superstars Assist with documentation, audits, and special projects Collaborate across departments to keep operations smooth and guest-focused

What We’re Looking For:

A people-first mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier service At least 6 months experience in customer service, attractions, or entertainment A natural motivator with leadership skills and a "let’s do this" attitude Strong communicator who can adapt to any guest or teammate Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Fun, outgoing, and loves to create joyful experiences for families

Bonus Skills (Not Required But Awesome!):

High School diploma or GED Experience in family entertainment or attractions Knowledge of basic office software, phones, and communication tools Strong organizational and documentation skills

Requirements:

Flexible schedule – including weekends & holidays May include some local travel Must be able to stand, move, and interact with guests throughout the day Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation) Commitment to health, safety, and having fun in every situation!
