Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries
Document all call details and interactions in the database
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively according to company policies
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all interactions
Educate customers about products and services to enhance their experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
