Project Manager

Responsibilities

A commercial glazing contractor, is seeking an experienced project manager for our Ashland, Virginia facility.

Proven ability to read, understand, and interpret construction documents.

Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Prepare project budget and monitor throughout duration, to ensure project meets initial estimates.

Prepare project submittals.

Material procurement and tracking, to ensure alignment with construction schedule deadlines.

Prepare and track project change orders.

Prepare monthly project pay applications.

Prepare project closeout documents.

Prepare fabrication and field use documents.

Office hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and during summer hours, the office closes at 12 pm each Friday. Qualifications :

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft and Excel required.

AutoCAD experience is a plus.

A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail

A minimum of five years' experience and a proven track record of completed projects.

Knowledge of industry commercial glazing dynamics and glazing products, to include curtainwalls, storefronts, storefront doors, storefront door hardware, all glass entrances, glass canopies, glass handrails, and composite panels.

Experienced glaziers with 5 to 10 years in the business.
