Full-Time On-Site (Clearwater, FL) Marketing & Account Growth Occasional Travel

Are you driven by performance, excited about building relationships, and energized by a high-impact marketing environment? PCM Integrations is hiring a Channel Sales & Partner Revenue Growth Specialist to help drive mailing volume through our existing network of CRM and marketing tool partners.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

This is a proactive, relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys turning potential into performance. As our Channel Sales & Partner Revenue Growth Specialist, you'll work directly with our network of CRM and marketing tool partners to boost engagement, drive campaign usage, and uncover new revenue opportunities. You’ll be working with existing partners with a focus on increasing campaign usage and reactivating dormant accounts by creating engaging promotional assets, providing support, and driving strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You’ll lead partner webinars, represent PCM at tradeshows, and track your impact through measurable results. This role suits someone who enjoys combining relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and a strategic mindset to deliver real business growth.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Occasional travel for tradeshows and industry events

Compensation

$20.60 per hour

Requirements

Sales- or marketing-minded with a focus on performance and growth

Excellent communication skills (written, phone, video, and in person)

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once

Comfortable in a fast-moving, team-focused environment

Creative thinker who can generate ideas and execute campaigns

Willing and able to travel as needed

*Experience with CRMs, direct mail, or marketing campaigns is a plus, but not required.
