PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Processor to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in detail-oriented work and enjoy contributing to high-quality output in a team setting.

What You’ll Do

Mask parts in preparation for paint application and demask after painting.

Sand and clean parts to ensure proper surface preparation.

Use computer systems for job tracking and data entry in the paint tracking system.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Work efficiently under moderate pressure to meet production goals.

Pay Rate: 17.00/hr

Shift: 1st 4x10 Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (other options available)

Bonus Opportunity: Up to 3,000 through our Subcontractor Bonus Program

1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

1,000 at 60 days

1,000 at 90 days (must qualify for 14-day bonus to be eligible)

Pay Details: 17.00 per hour
