Web Designer with Knowledge of Figma

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences that reflect our brand and meet our business goals. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain websites, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Optimize websites for maximum speed, usability, and responsiveness.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Ensure all designs are accessible and comply with relevant web standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (coding not required but a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of SEO best practices related to design.

Familiarity with animation and interaction design.

Background in UX/UI design.
