What You’ll Do:

Operate Advanced CNC Machinery: Set up and run a 3-axis HAAS CNC mill, applying your expertise to meet our customers' specifications.

Light Production & Job Shop Management: We are looking for someone to be the head of our shop, manage machines, jobs, and future employees.

Hands-On Production: Cut stock material using a bandsaw, change pallets between production and prototyping, and inspect parts to ensure they’re built to exacting standards.

Maintain & Improve: Assist in maintaining equipment, keep the shop organized, and help test new tools, software, and processes to improve our workflow.

Pack & Ship: Ensure customers receive their parts on time and in perfect condition by packing and shipping completed orders.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: CAM Programming with Fusion360, Haas Control experience is required.

Step File to Finished Part: The ability to take a step file and drawing, do all CAM programming, set up machine, produce parts and pass off to inspection with minimal help.

Attention to Detail: You’re skilled in dimensional inspection and know your way around hand calipers.

Organized and Efficient: You believe in a clean, well-organized workspace and are great at managing your time.

A Problem Solver: You’re not afraid to ask for help or admit mistakes, and you’re committed to providing honest, realistic feedback.
