Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and flexible Front Desk & Property Support Associate to help ensure our extended stay hotel runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is a hybrid position involving front desk duties, light maintenance coordination, housekeeping support, and property marketing. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations (Primary):

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional attitude

• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using property management software

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, courteous manner

• Maintain accurate records of payments, room availability, and guest information

• Ensure lobby and front office areas are clean and welcoming at all times

Property Operations & Support:

• Perform or coordinate basic property maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, checking HVAC filters, etc.)

• Support housekeeping with room inspections, linen restocking, and light cleaning as needed

• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel and follow up to ensure timely resolution

• Monitor property for cleanliness, safety, and functionality

Marketing & Promotion (During Down Time):

• Help create and distribute marketing materials for local businesses, travelers, and online platforms

• Take and post photos/videos of the property to online listings and social media

• Assist in managing online listings (OTA platforms, Google, social media)

• Monitor local events and collaborate with local partners to drive bookings

• Support reputation management by encouraging guest reviews and responding to feedback

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or hospitality training a plus)

• 1+ year experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning standards

• Comfortable with computers and reservation software (training provided)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with light physical tasks

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Flexible; includes weekends and some holidays

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience + performance bonuses
