Job Type: Full-Time 30+ hours/Part-Time less than 30 hours
Pay: $16.50-$18.50, based on experience, education and shifts worked.

About the Role
As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes or community-based settings. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
Assist with scheduling and attending medical appointments or other required activities
Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in the community
Document services provided and report any health or safety concerns
Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for growth and self-determination
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation insured in your name
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Previous experience in caregiving or human services preferred but not required
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
