Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. You will read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications used in the manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and systems. You will assist with line changeover and continuously maintain a clean machine.
Responsibilities
Operate SMT machines efficiently and accurately.
Follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications.
Assist with line changeovers to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.Essential Skills
Production experience with SMT machines.
General labor skills in a manufacturing setting.
Basic computer skills.
Troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to pass assessment with a score of 70% and Reading Comprehension must be 100%.

Work Environment
Enjoy working in a climate-controlled and clean environment where employees are required to wear smocks and ESD equipment, supplied by the company. The work hours offer flexibility with three available shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 4pm (Monday to Thursday), 2nd Shift from 3:45pm to 1:45am (Monday to Thursday), and Weekend Shift from 6am to 6pm (Friday to Sunday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
