Supervise nurses and CNAs to ensure exceptional care

Lead patient care planning and medical assessments

Manage staffing and support team development

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Address resident and family concerns with professionalism

Mentor staff and foster continuous improvementQualifications:

Active RN license in good standing

3+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)

At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
