Summary/Objective
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and clerical tasks to support the Accounting team and the financial operations of the organization.
Essential Functions

Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
Process invoices, verify discrepancies, and prepare payment to vendors.
Compare financial data in the accounting system to bank statements and other records to ensure accuracy.
Organize and maintain financial records and files.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Provide documentation and support to auditors during financial audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Perform other reasonably related duties as may be assigned.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
