Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends and insights that are useful for decision making and strategic planning

Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data-driven digital initiatives.

Develop predictive models and analytics frameworks to optimize digital strategies.

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes based on data insights.

Monitor project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business goals.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts in digital performance analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a field related to analytics, statistics, computer science, information system or a quantitative discipline.

5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis with a strong focus on digital performance.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
