We are assisting in the identification and hiring of a Sr. Sales Professional. In time, this person will also build and lead the sales organization.

They offer end-to-end offerings, advice, engineering, and management, ensuring their clients proactively drive toward success in the digital landscape.

Our client is in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid role.

Role:

As the top sales leadership role, they will lead and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and create new clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy

Identify and analyze market opportunities and trends

Engage in sales activities, including leads, prospecting, presentations, and closing

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Manage the sales pipeline ensuring conversion of leads

Support negotiations and closes, securing profitable engagements

Report on sales activity and performance

Collaborate with the company to align sales efforts with business objectives Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles

Strong background in selling IT Consulting Services and Products

Strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and an effective leader

Proven experience expanding the client base, adding new client logos

Develop and execute effective sales strategies

Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
