Production Management Specialist

Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective production

Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and resource availability

Monitor production flow and material movement to ensure smooth operations

Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cycle time, downtime, scrap rate)

Investigate and resolve production discrepancies; maintain accurate system records

Support inventory coordination, tool management, and material readiness

Conduct 5S and safety inspections and implement improvement actions

Facilitate rework, model changeovers, and sample production setup

Maintain and update process documentation for standardization and compliance

Respond to equipment issues with timely corrective actions

Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize efficiency

Collaborate across production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

Operate ERP/MES systems for real-time production tracking and reporting

Participate in daily meetings to report performance and escalate issues

Monitor workforce attendance and support labor planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)

• 6 + months of experience in production manufacturing

• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing KPIs

• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
