Are you an experienced Administrator looking to alter your role into something more dynamic? Warringtonfire, part of Element are seeking a Laboratory Administrator to support the Lead Laboratory Coordinator in performance of day-to-day administrative tasks at our new testing facility at Birchwood Park.

Responsibilities

Raising and goods receipting of purchase orders

Delivery reconciliation

Supply partner liaison

Update and maintain Order Fulfilment Dashboard

Laboratory data transfer

Process workwear / PPE Requests

Update and maintain Training records and matrix

Arrange and coordinate Team training

Work with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies

Any adhoc general administrative duties as and when required

Skills / Qualifications

Good communication and time management skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Previous experience of working in an office environment

Working Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
