FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Acquire new MSP partners and sell ESET solutions.
• Drive pitching, Evangelism and tell the ESET Story to MSP leads.
• Manage a pipeline of inbound & self-sourced leads to identify, engage and develop relationships with potential new MSP partners.
• Lead potential partners to a thorough understanding of ESET portfolio through effectively presenting technical and business-related subjects with MSP prospects
• Use CRM to ensure activities are documented, opportunities are forecast and adequate information is communicated.
• Create ethical and sustainable MSP partnership through recurring engagement, onboarding and training.
• Achieve KPIs targets.
• Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English( high school)
Experience:
• Years of work experience: 5
Knowledge:
• Understanding of MSP portfolio including RMM, PSA & Integrations
Language:
• English – B2

Managerial skills:
• N/A
Personal characteristics:
• Fast thinking and adaptable
• Good self-management, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure
