Location: Kotha Guda, Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month + incentives

Language : Fluent in English and Telugu -able to understand Hindi( for female tele caller)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Female Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle both outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to promote our products/services to prospective

clients

2. Handle inbound inquiries and offer accurate product/service information

3. Maintain and update CRM/customer databases

4. Conduct follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys

5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

6 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach

strategies

7. Share feedback to enhance customer service quality

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)

2. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred

3. Fluent in English and Telugu (understanding Hindi is an advantage)

4. Proficient in basic computer operations

5. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
