Eligibility Criteria:

MCh/DNB in Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CVTS) or equivalent.

0–3 years post MCh/DNB (freshers are welcome).

Strong commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
