Rope Access Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage rope access cleaning operations across high-rise buildings and structures - Lead a team of IRATA certified technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards - Plan and execute facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection projects - Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings before and during operations - Maintain records of certifications, inspections, and daily operations - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery - Implement process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency Requirements: - IRATA Certification - 4–5 years of experience in rope access cleaning manager - Strong leadership and team management skills - Familiarity with Bahrain safety regulations and international standards - Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation - Excellent communication skills - Driving license preferred Job Type: Full-time Experience: Rope Access Manager: 5 years (Required) Please send your resume/CV
