Engine Reconditioner

We are looking for a motivated individual interested in engine reconditioning and hands-on machining to join our team. This role involves reconditioning cylinder heads/engines, performing head/block skimming/facing, working with lathes, mills, boring machines, pressure tester, crankshaft grinding, valve seat cutting and valve refacing.

- Operate and maintain older machinery, including lathes, mills, crankshaft and boring equipment.

- Uphold high standards of precision and quality in all work.

- A strong interest in engine reconditioning and mechanical work.

- Basic knowledge of and experience with reconditing cylinder heads/engines, performing head/block skimming/facing, cutting valve seats, and crankshaft grinding.

- Willingness to learn and work with older machines.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.

- Able to speak, read and write in English.

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as a part of a team.
