Ansell is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team in Sri Lanka!

In this position you will play a vital role in strategically sourcing and managing finished goods suppliers, driving cost savings, supporting new product development, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and enhancing supplier performance. You will also develop supply strategies to mitigate risks, promote sustainability and CSR compliance, and deliver key service outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

What your role will be?

Ensure end-to-end compliance, covering social responsibility, regulatory, quality, safety, and service requirements.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives using the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process to drive long-term, sustainable value.

Identify supplier performance gaps and drive improvements through cost savings, operational excellence, and reliability programs.

Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring timely stakeholder communication and alignment on contingency plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional team. including Supply Planning, Legal, and QA, to support capacity planning, sustainability, and CSR compliance.

Maintain robust reporting, processes, and KPIs; conduct supplier reviews and gather market intelligence on new products, materials, technologies, and pricing.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain/materials management.

Knowledge of PPE finished-goods, including products specifications and performance requirements.

Strong negotiation & analytical skills.
